Eagle and the Wormis essentially the musical child of Jarrad Brown-who also has his feet in a couple of other Melbourne based bands like: Joe Neptune, Custom Kings and Your Animal. But. As one listen of this track confirms, Mr. Brown does not do it alone. Rather, he gets together with 9 of his closest mates and lays down some pretty awesome sounds complete with piano, horns and cow bells. They've just released a 7" double with Futureman/Goodtimes through Melbourne based indie label Smiley McSlidey...and that first track is really really worth a listen. The self proclaimed Rolling Stones influence is hard to miss, but on top of this the band also delivers a colourful piece of music full of a whole heap of happy.
