Skeletal Explosive is a funky new Sydney band that is currently making the rounds at the local live venues. The overall vibe is quite laid back with a generally slow and soft beat. But a great deal of intensity is brought to the tracks via some intricate work from the two guitars and the deep raspy vocals. Skeletal Explosive's current tracks are receiving heaps of attention on Triple J Unearthed and they have been the FBI artist of the week as well as getting some regular rotation on the station. The boys are heading up the coast in October to lay down some new tracks which is pretty exciting. I'm really looking forward to hearing some new stuff and can't wait for when i get my hands on an album!
